What can I expect when I visit Cornerstone Baptist Church?
What time are the services? Our Fellowship Group meets at 9:30 AM untill 10:30 AM, and following we have our Sunday service at 11:00 untill 12:00 PM.
What do people wear to the service? The majority of our regular attendees dress casually while some wear more traditional church clothes.
Is there parking available? Yes, we have plenty of parking, and our parking team will help you find a spot and direct you inside.
Is childcare available? We strive to make parents comfortable and keep children safe at Cornerstone. All activities with minors involve at least two non-related adults who have been approved by church staff and completed MinistrySafe abuse prevention training. For the nursery, we have a check-in and check-out system to ensure that only you will be able to pick up your child.
Will I be singled out in the service? We do not single out our guests in our services. We will not ask you to stand, stay seated, wear a sticker, or anything else that may cause you to be uncomfortable.
What are the sermons like at Cornerstone? We study books of the Bible one at a time journeying verse-by-verse, chapter-by-chapter to hear what God has to say to us today. You may sample sermons from Cornerstone here.
What is the music like at Cornerstone? We have a Worship Pastor who helps in leading the congregation in singing and worshiping the one and only God.
Will I be pressured to give money? No. You are our guest, and we will not pressure you for any money. Your presence is your gift to our church.
What is a Cornerstone Fellowship Group? (CFGs) are our small group Bible studies that gather on Sunday mornings. CFGs offer a setting for you to learn about God’s Word through an interactive Bible study lesson. They also provide an opportunity for you to develop intimate relationships within a smaller community of believers. Whatever your age or stage of life, there is a CFGs for you and every member of your family.
